By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions, which form part of the sales contract between Adan Lopez Art and the customer.

- The customer must provide accurate personal and payment information.
- Confirmation of the order will be sent to the email address provided.
- Adan Lopez Art reserves the right to refuse any order in cases of fraud, incorrect data, or unavailability of stock.

- All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT (IVA) where applicable.
- Shipping costs will be calculated and shown before completing the order.
- Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
- In compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without the need to provide justification.
- To exercise this right, the customer must notify us at contacto@adanlopezart.com within the withdrawal period.
- Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Custom-made or personalized artworks are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with consumer law.
7. Product Information
- We strive to present product descriptions and images as accurately as possible.
- Due to the unique nature of artworks, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur.
- Adan Lopez Art is not liable for minor differences between the product images shown online and the delivered product.
8. Liability
- Adan Lopez Art is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of products, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Our liability in any case is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- We are not responsible for indirect damages such as loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data collected during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR and Spanish data protection laws.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
